To change you address please fill out a

Change of Address form

Was your title lost, stolen or destroyed?  Fill out an

Affidavit of Lost Title

Have you sold you vehicle and want DMV to know?  Fill out a Notice of Transfer Pending

Need to give someone power of attorney?  Fill out a Power of Attorney form

Need to correct your address, correct your registration, remove a lienholder, get a duplicate registration, renew your registration, get a duplicate title, change vehicle class to and from commercial to non-commercial, replace a lost plate or tab, or change registration month fill out a short form
